- Georgian Crystal

- Bulbs medium size with 4-7 very large cloves. Clean white appearance. Mild flavor when raw, smooth and buttery when roasted. Medium storage. Also known as Cichisdzhvari.

- Inchelium Red

- Harvest: Early
- Vigorous grower, producer. Very large bulb. Contains 20-25 cloves; outer cloves are large, medium cloves in the center. Mild, lingering flavor with a tingle. Rodale Institute rated it the best tasting garlic. Light-purple blotching. Origin: Colville Indian Reservation in Inchelium, WA.

- Large bulb, somewhat irregular. Clean white appearance. Flavor relatively mild. Stores well. Collected in 1982 from village of Machasi, SE of Cageri, Republic of Georgia.

- Plants upright and broad-leafed. Medium-large bulbs with 6-10 cloves. Often develops bulbil capsule and bulbils. Bright purple striping. Raw taste fiery but with a nice finish. Medium storage potential.

- Medium bulb with 9-12 cloves. Beautiful, burgundy-striped and satiny clove wrappers. Easy to peel. Excellent for baking or roasting. Strong flavor with little aftertaste. Medium storage potential. Origin Republic of Georgia.

- Bulbs medium-sized with 4-6 cloves. Streaked with deep purple and lined on buff brown background. Hot and pungent with a healthy, long lasting bite. Good storage. Origin Romania via British Columbia.
