Cascade Garlic

Cascade Garlic is a small operation in the Wenatchee River Valley. Our deep, alluvial soils are ideal for growling garlic and other vegetables, especially when enhanced with organic material and biointesnsive growing techniques. The arid climate, abundant sunshine, and long growing season also enhance quality and productivity of our crops.

After ten years of garlic production, we have identified cultivars that do well under our conditions and produce bulbs excellent for both planting and eating.
